OVERVIEW OF THE CONSTRUCTION
The carriage house doors are made of steel and have a four-layer design.
2″ Intellicore® polyurethane, 2″ polystyrene, or 1-3/8″ polystyrene insulation are available as insulation alternatives. These garage doors have R-values ranging from 6.5 to 18.4.
These doors’ steel skins are protected by a multilayer coating method that comprises a hot-dipped galvanised layer as well as a baked-on primer and top coat.
For high wind load applications, WINDCODE® door reinforcing is provided.
OVERVIEW OF THE DESIGN
There are four factory finish paint and overlay colours available. To obtain the desired effect, blend the overlay and base colours.
Clear, seeded, rain, obscure, frosted, and insulated glass are just a few of the options.
Clip-in window grilles with a bevelled edge are removable for easy cleaning.
Spade lift handles and step plates are included. There are a variety of decorative hardware alternatives available.

Clopay doors are in accordance with all applicable environmental laws and regulations. Clopay doors are free of HFCs. Clopay doors meet the following requirements:
