The conventional raised-panel type garage door is offered by Clopay’s® Classic™ line in a variety of construction and design options, allowing you to customise the tried-and-true, traditional garage door aesthetic. With the option for homeowners to personalise door widths and select from a range of beautiful top window inserts and specialised glass for natural light and privacy, our classic™ garage doors can match any property. These tough steel garage doors come with a variety of insulation options and come in 3, 2, or 1 layer construction.

A RAISED PANEL GARAGE DOOR IS WHAT?

When most people think of a classic garage door, they see raised panel garage door types, which feature long and short panels, windows, and a variety of colour possibilities. You can highlight the depth and symmetry patterns of your home’s design by using raised panel garage doors.

Steel garage doors with a three, two, or one layer construction are available.
There are several types of insulation available, including 1-5/16″ vinyl backed polystyrene insulation, 2″ or 1-3/8″ Intellicore® polyurethane, and 2″ or 1-3/8″ polystyrene. R-values of 6.3 to 18.4 for insulated doors.
A durable, multi-layered coating method that consists of a hot-dipped galvanised layer, a baked-on primer, and a top coat protects the steel skins.
For installations requiring significant wind loads, WINDCODE® door reinforcing is offered.

OVERVIEW OF DESIGN

Both short and long raised panel design variants are available. The defined Elegant raised panel design is seen on the three-layer Premium doors.
Standard White, Mocha Brown, Ultra-Grain® Classic Cherry Finish, and other hues are among the 14 factory finish paint colours that are available.
Decorative, architectural, and double-top window options are just a few of the many accessible window choices.
There are many types of glass available, including acrylic, insulated, frosted, seeded, rain, and opaque.
For simple cleaning, window grilles can be removed.

According to DASMA TDS-163, the calculated door section R-value is accurate.

ASSURANCE FOR THE ENVIORNMENT

Clopay doors are in accordance with all applicable environmental laws and regulations. Clopay doors are free of HFCs. Clopay doors meet the following requirements:

HB 1112 — Hydrofluorocarbon Greenhouse Gas Emissions in Washington
Ozone-depleting chemicals and halocarbon alternatives rules in Canada have been amended.
