OVERVIEW

Canyon Ridge Clopay® Modern garage doors offer a variety of door styles that are ideal for modern homes. Steel is used in the construction of these doors for strength and longevity, and composite materials that have been moulded for beauty and realism. These doors come with:

  • ​Durable, composite, steel and Intellicore® insulation are all included in the four-layer design.

  • Insulation made of 2″ Intellicore® polyurethane with a thermal break.

  • R-Value varying between 6.3 and 20.4.

  • For installations requiring significant wind loads, WINDCODE® door reinforcing is offered.

 

ASSURANCE FOR THE ENVIORNMENT

Clopay doors are in accordance with all applicable environmental laws and regulations. Clopay doors are free of HFCs. Clopay doors meet the following requirements:

  • SB 1013 (California)

  • HB 1112 — Hydrofluorocarbon Greenhouse Gas Emissions in Washington

  • Ozone-depleting chemicals and halocarbon alternatives rules in Canada have been amended.

  • Greenhouse Gas Bill (A-5583/S-3919) in New Jersey

Canyon Ridge® Clopay A sturdy foundation door and overlays are used to construct modern garage doors. The composite overlays with a simulated wood look are low maintenance, strong, and won’t rot, warp, or fracture.

    • Plank design: doors made of faux wood insulated with Intellicore® polyurethane. R-value of 20.4.

    • Faux-wood doors with intellicore® polyurethane insulation feature a metal inlay design. 18.4 R-factor

    • Faux-wood doors with Intellicore® polyurethane insulation are part of the Full View design. R-value of 6.3

    • Protecting against the elements is made possible by the replaceable vinyl bottom weather seal in rust-free aluminium retainer.

    • Rollers made of high performance nylon ball bearings aid in ensuring silent, sluggish functioning.

    • Hinges and brackets are made of sturdy 14 gauge steel for worry-free operation.

    • With the garage door closed and under tension, removing the bottom bracket could result in catastrophic injury. The Safe-T-Bracket® prevents this from happening.

    • Product meets 2015 IECC air infiltration standard of 0.40 cfm/ft2 or less (IECC, Section C402.5.2)
