Steel garage doors with a three, two, or one layer construction are available.
There are several types of insulation available, including 1-5/16″ vinyl backed polystyrene insulation, 2″ or 1-3/8″ Intellicore® polyurethane, and 2″ or 1-3/8″ polystyrene. R-values of 6.3 to 18.4 for insulated doors.
A durable, multi-layered coating method that consists of a hot-dipped galvanised layer, a baked-on primer, and a top coat protects the steel skins.
For installations requiring significant wind loads, WINDCODE® door reinforcing is offered.
OVERVIEW OF DESIGN
Steel panels are offered in a flush or grooved form.
By model and paint surface, steel surface textures vary.
There are 13 factory finish options available, including finishes with an Ultra-Grain® wood look.
There are numerous glass and window size possibilities, including long and short designs, insulated, frosted, and slim options.
For simple cleaning, optional window grilles can be removed.

Protecting against the elements is made possible by the replaceable vinyl bottom weather seal in rust-free aluminium retainer.
For simple cleaning, window grilles can be removed.
With the garage door closed and under tension, removing the bottom bracket could result in significant injury. The Safe T-Bracket® prevents this from happening.
Steel skins are shielded from corrosion by a durable, multi-layered coating technique that includes a hot-dipped galvanised layer, a protective metal oxide pre-treatment, and a baked-on primer and top coat.
